What are FACIAL ENHANCEMENTS?
The facial enhance / volumisation we use at our Brisbane clinic only contain 2 ingredients. The first is lidocaine, a numbing agent to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. The only other ingredient is hyaluronic acid (HA) which is a naturally occurring substance the human body creates every single day.
How do FACIAL CONTOURING / VOLUMISATIONS work?
As we age, we start producing less HA and this is where facial contouring / volumisation can help restore volume loss. The facial contouring is injected into the face and because hyaluronic acid (HA) has an amazing hydrophilic nature (water absorbing/loving) the more water you drink after the treatment, the more impressive the overall result will be!
How long does it last?
The results will last anywhere from six months to 24+ months, depending on what type of fillers are chosen, where on the face they are placed and how quickly your body metabolizes the fillers.
